Owe another apartment community or rental residence money or an eviction.
MAY BE DENIED FOR:
Excessive misdemeanors, convicted felon, numerous arrests for DWI or DUI.
If breaking current lease all appropriate fees; rent, utilities, must be paid in full before an application can be considered.
Application fee is $75 per person.
Price for utilities is based on 1 person ($40) and each additional person will be ($20) to cover, water, laundry, gas and/or electric.
