After School Acting/Theater Instructor

The Zia Family Focus Center at Zia Elementary is hiring an acting/theater instructor for our after school enrichment program for the Spring 2024 semester, *January 10 to May 31, *and beyond.
Instructor will conceptualize and plan for one or more semester-long classes, about 20 class sessions.
Each class is one hour long and meets on a weekly basis.
ZFFC seeks a theater instructor to teach one or more after school acting classes to elementary aged kids.
Teach kids to use their imagination, improvise, explore movement, and work together to tell stories.
Teacher will conceptualize the class and create lesson plans.
Classes can be for K-5 or tailored to K-2 or 3-5 aged students.
You must pass an APS background and fingerprint check.
Experience with students grade K-5 required.
