_MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE_
* One year experience caring for children
* High School Diploma or GED
_REQUIRED SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES INCLUDE:_
* Relating warmly to children, parents, and co-workers
* Communicating effectively in person and in writing
* The ability to work collaboratively on a team
* The ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Lifting 50 pounds and getting up and down from the floor frequently
* A propensity for taking children outdoors often and letting them play in the mud with bare feet
