We are hiring a lead teacher for our infant room.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Some of the *duties *include but are not limited to the following:
* Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
* Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
* Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their physical, social, & cognitive needs.
* Implementing a lesson plan on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development.
* Documentation of observations for FOCUS.
* ASQ screening.
* CQI Plan.
* Execute quarterly family-teacher conferences.
* Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children.
* Ability to use Procare for documentation and communication with families.
* Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized classroom.
* Other duties as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Early Childhood certificate, or a minimum of 2 courses towards this certificate.
* 1 year experience working at a childcare center as a lead teacher.
* Languages: English & Spanish preferred.

Experience:
