*Duties:*
* Responsible for overseeing students and instructors/staff
* Responsible for logging/ signing students in and out of program
* Submitting attendance daily
* You will be the main point of contact between instructors, parents, and school staff/ principals, custodians
* Foster a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere, igniting active participation
* Master effective classroom management techniques to ensure an engaging and focused learning environment
* Tailor instruction and support to each student's unique needs and learning style, nurturing their growth
* Inspire/mentor students in both their academic journey and personal development
* Work closely with your instructors to improve teaching methods and share valuable ideas
* Guide students through academic advising sessions, helping them set and achieve their educational aspirations
* Leverage innovative instructional design principles to create dynamic and interactive learning adventures
*Qualifications:*
- Base Pay ($18.
00 p/hr) requires 3 years of previous work with children or child-care experience .
Strong knowledge of instructional methods and strategies/ teaching skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service
- Ability to adapt managements/structural techniques to meet the diverse needs of learners and staff
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom environment alongside with the instructors at site and other school members - Flexibility on-site location and scheduling( ones assigned you'll mainly be at one site) -Needs reliable, consistent transportation to and from program and to the central offices when needed.
