Rio Grande Educational Collaborative is a non-profit Before & Afterschool Educational enrichment Program in Albuquerque, NM.

*Duties:*
* Craft captivating lesson plans that are educationally enriching to the student on topics of STEAM & SEL ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math & Social Emotional Learning )
* Foster a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere, igniting active participation
* Master effective classroom management techniques to ensure an engaging and focused learning environment
* Tailor instructions and support to each student's unique needs and learning style, nurturing their growth
* Inspire and mentor students in both their academic journey and personal development
* Work closely with your fellow instructors to improve teaching methods and share valuable ideas
* Guide students through academic advising sessions, helping them set and achieve their educational aspirations
* Leverage innovative instructional design principles to create dynamic and interactive learning adventures
*Qualifications:*
-Base Pay ($14.
00 p/hr) requires no previous work or child-care experience - Increased pay ($16.
00 p/hr) with a degree / certificates
-Strong knowledge of instructional methods and strategies
-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service-Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of adult learners- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom environment alongside other instructors - Flexibility on-site location and scheduling
