Line Cook/Breakfast chef

For our easy going energetic small kitchen we are looking for a professional line cook/breakfast chef to prepare food to our specifications in a quick and clean manner.
Experience with eggs and crepes is a plus but not necessary.
Your duties will include receiving customer orders and fulfilling them in a timely manner.
You will be expected to help maintain our food standards, clean as you go while on the line and help with dishes and prep when needed.
All of our staff are Covid vaccinated and follow cdc regulations where applicable.
We are only accepting applicants who are Covid vaccinated.

chopping/slicing vegetables and fruits, filling sauce bottles, refilling dry goods etc.

) * Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff * Clean up work stations and break down areas appropriately at closing * Restock inventory appropriately * Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion * Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards * Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers * Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dishroom areas *Skill Perks* * Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook.
