The Culinary Operations Steward is part of the Food and Beverage Management Team at Route 66 Hotel and Casino, and reports directly to the Culinary Operations Manager.
The Culinary Operations Steward is responsible for assisting the Culinary Operations Manager with the management of back of the house operations, excluding the actual food production.
The Culinary Operations Steward oversees the receiving, storage, and rotation of products, all aspects of cleaning, safety and sanitation, and equipment maintenance of all kitchen operations.
This position is responsible for supervision and development of staff, maintaining health department standards and adhering to the department's budgetary guidelines.
Ensures all Laguna Development Corporation specifications and standards are satisfied.
