* Listen for orders from the drive through.
Preparation
* Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
* Prepares or directs the preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
* Prepares the food that is cooked to order, eggs, fajitas, chicken, and beef.
* Cut the fajita, dice, and slice the ingredients.
* Cook whole chickens.
* Coordinates and communicates with the Line Cook.
* Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
A portion food for serving.
* Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved.
* Prepares the fresh salsas, fresh waters, and guacamole as needed.
* Complete food temperature checks before service.
* Store food properly and safely by marking dates and items and rotating stock.
Restock
* Restocks tortillas, cilantro, onions, limes, prepare peppers and onions, cooks shrimp, and make sure pancake mix is ready.
* Ensures availability of supplies and food or approved substitutions in adequate time for preparation.
Cleaning
* Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.
* Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance.
* Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation.
* Operate dishwashing equipment as needed.
* At the end of shift, make sure to clean the grill, clean the comal, and throw away trash.
