Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Integrate cybersecurity best practices into the development process, ensuring the security of web applications.
Work within an Agile development environment to deliver iterative and incremental software solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing web applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of Linux server environments and experience with server-side scripting.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.

, Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Knowledge of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework.
