I have for sale a firewood processor/splitter that I custom built four years ago.
This processor works great and has a 26 ton main ram with a smaller secondary ram for holding the log (I can send a video of it operating).
The splitting head is built out of three layers of 1/2" steel plate and has four splitting edges.
The ram is connected to a reinforced 1" steel plate for durability.
Every time the ram is cycled, three to five pieces of fire wood come out ready to be burned.
This machine makes splitting wood fast and takes almost all the physical labor out of it so you can split wood all day.
The only thing that is required is a tractor to lift the 8' logs onto the splitter.
This splitter can split up to a 32" log.
It can handle bigger but the 36" bar on the chainsaw is the limiting factor.
The processor is powered by a 23hp V-Twin Kohler engine running a direct drive hydraulic pump.
There is dule filters and a large 14x14" hydraulic oil cooler with thermostatically controlled fan.
The hydraulic reservoir holds approximately 6 gallons so there is plenty of fluid to help keep the system cool.
This unit comes with a 93cc Holzfforma G395XP chainsaw with a Husqvarna 36" bar and two chains (not pictured).
I also have approximately 10 cords of unsplit pine firewood that will be included at the asking price (approximately $3,000 worth of wood).
I used this machine to split almost 50 cords of firewood and it has always worked great.
Unfortunately I am moving to AZ and no longer need it.
I built this machine with common splitter parts so they are easy to find and cheap.
I am asking $10,000 for the entire lot (Splitter, Chainsaw, Unsplit Firewood)
New Commercial units start at $35,000.
You call/text me at 520-five90-01five9.
Thanks
