How I access your bookkeeping:
1.
If you subscribe to Quickbooks Online, I would use a login to do the work there.
2.
If you have Quickbooks installed on your office computer, the file can be uploaded into
Quickbooks Online, and I can work there.
(Note about Online: In the future, your books can be
transfered back to your computer, if you wish.
)
Then, every month you scan/email me your bank statement, check register, credit card statements, etc.
to do the bookkeeping.
I reconcile the accounts, and do the sales/ excise tax form.
You will have an accurate Financial Statement at the end of each month, so you know exactly
what's going on with your business.
At year end, your tax accountant will also love it.
Payroll: It would be most cost efficient to use a Payroll Service to run employee payroll.
I can recommend good ones, reasonably priced.
I enter this expense into Quickbooks.
I charge a competitive/ reasonable/ affordable Flat Monthly Fee, which is dependant upon volume of transactions, and bookkeeping complexity.
