Dishwashing duties include retrieving trays from dirty utility room, cleaning off meal carts, sending dirty dishes through dish machine, washing pots, placing clean dishes in designated work area.
Janitorial duties include throwing trash, sweeping and mopping.
Participate in delivery of food services tray to customers, while maintaining quality and sanitation standards as needed.

*Ensures quality guidelines are maintained as they pertain to the area assigned.
*Maintains department records, reports and files as required.
