We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Albuquerque area to join our team!
Our ideal candidate will meet the qualifications below:
* Plan and coordinate efforts with owners, superintendents, and subcontractors
* Review submittals
* Prepare proposals for changes in work
* Maintain project budgets
* Prepare and maintain project schedules
* Have a complete understanding of plans and specifications
* Experience as a construction Project Manager on concurrent projects ranging from $250K-$5M

The salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year depending on experience.
We also offer profit sharing, 401 K, and health insurance to eligible employees.
