Concrete Foreman/Superintendent

Snyder Construction is a General Contractor that specializes in structural concrete forms and structural steel erections and assemblies for commercial and light industrial construction projects.
The majority of our work is located in Albuquerque, however some of our projects are occasionally outside of the Albuquerque area and the ability to travel with reliable transportation is a must.
The ideal Concrete Foreman/Superintendent candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shooting grades, layouts, estimating concrete yardage, possess good communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to run a crew of 3 to 8.
Must be able to maintain a safe working crew and be quality orientated.
Work normally includes excavating, rebar placement, form setting and concrete placement.
Must also be able to clearly communicate with Superintendent, Project Manager and Inspectors.
Knowledge of Procore, OSHA training and bilingual are a plus.
Pay rate 100% negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
