I’m recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a leading roofing firm in New Mexico who specialize in roofing services, maintenance, and renovations.
They hold government contracts, school districts, universities and county contracts and need a business development manager to join the senior leadership team.
You probably want to know more about it, right?
If you’re have around 5 years’ experience in B2B high end sales then you already have the skill set and attributes of relationship building, understanding sales methodology, and networking skills required for this job.
Don’t know much about roofing? That’s fine, if you have an understanding or experience in construction sales and are able to pick up the terminology and competently learn details of what you’re selling, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll be based in the Albuquerque, New Mexico office selling roofing services, maintenance, and renovations to the likes of hospitals, medical clinics, senior living facilities and multi-family apartment blocks.
You’ll be joining the senior leadership team of 6 consisting of the president of the company, controller and 4 branch managers so there will be plenty of people around you to help you get settled and ask for help should you need it.

4 million so far in 2023 and they’re already guaranteed to do $12.
8 million in 2024.
Qualifications needed for this are around 5 years’ experience in business-to-business sales.
Bi-lingual Spanish speakers would be advantageous but not a necessity.
Successful candidates must be willing to go through a background check, consent to a drugs test and hold a valid driving license.
