Handyman for Rental property (South Valley)

Need someone with skills and tools for occasion work on rental properties Looking for someone for general handyman work on rental houses in the South Valley.
Must have own tools and transportation, and a reliable phone.
Jobs may include: Minor carpentry, plumbing, and general fix-it tasks.
Install miniblinds, towel bar, doorknobs, etc.
Occasional painting Above all else, must be honest and reliable.
Pays $20/hour.
This is strictly a part time, occasional gig, so if you have another job, you can likely fit it in during you off hours from your regular job.
