$20,000 I want to trade land in Mohave for land around ABQ (albuquerque)

I have 5 acres in Mohave CA.
It's raw land that has a lot of solar and wind farms around it.
It has power on the street.
I would like to trade this for any buildable lot in Abq.
Doesn't have to be a great location.
I think my land is worth approximately $20,000.
But I am willing to be flexible if your land is worth a little less.
